Services and fees
Payments for consular and post services are accepted in euros and Japanese yen (only for shipping inside Japan and Schengen visa applications) by:
- Credit/debit card

If you choose to have your document (e.g. consular certificate, passport and ID excluded) sent to you within Japan, please submit self-addressed Japan Post Letter Pack.

Applicants exempted from Schengen visa fee:
- Family members of citizens of Lithuania, other European Union member states and European Free Trade Association member states.
- In cases provided for in the EU Visa Facilitation Agreements.
- Other cases provided for in Article 16 of the Visa Code.
*Visa application processing fee is non-refundable once the application has been processed even if the visa has been refused.
