Presentation of the book "Baltic Cuisine"

On June 20 the Embassy hosted a presentation about the new book by Ms. Keiko Sasaki called "Baltic Cuisine".
Ms. Sasaki is a renowned traveling food culture researcher. In her travels around the world, she discovers and presents local tastes to the Japanese readers. Her new book contains fun real-life episodes, experienced by the author herself during her in-depth research tour of the three Baltic States, followed by a variety of authentic local recipes and accompanied by beautiful photos.
"This book is not only about the food, but also a vivid reflection of our culture, history and traditions", Ambassador Zykas noted.
