Meeting of Ambassador Gediminas Varvuolis and Lithuanian laser manufacturers

Ambassador Gediminas Varvuolis visited laser exhibition Photonix 2019 and met with a delegation of Lithuanian laser manufacturers. The delegation arrived on the occasion of a business mission organised by Enterprise Lithuania and have met with Lithuanian laser distributors in Japan. Together with the representatives of the companies, Ambassador visited Japanese distributors' booths where Lithuanian laser products are exhibited, attracting great interest from the attendees of the exhibition. Lithuania has been exporting scientific and industrial lasers to Japan for more than 20 years and in 2018 have exported lasers worth 15 million €.
