Lithuanian Foreign Minister Azubalis to Visit Japan

On November 3-5, Audronius Azubalis, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, will pay a working visit to Japan. He will be accompanied by a business delegation representing the major Lithuanian laser manufacturers.
During the visit, Minister Azubalis will meet Seiji Maehara, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Tadamasa Kodaira, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Lower House, Hirofumi Nakasone, Chairman of the parliamentary Japan-Lithuania group, and Motohisa Ikeda, Senior Vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Minister Azubalis will give opening remarks at the Lithuanian business seminar which will present the investment opportunities in Lithuania and achievements in the laser sector. He will lead the business delegation to RIKEN, the large scale natural sciences research institute in Wako, Saitama, and meet with its President Ryoji Noyori, the Nobel Prize winner.
