Lithuanian Fashion Label A&V Presents 2010/11 Autumn・Winter Collection at Weareurope in Tokyo
The pioneers of intellectual fashion in Lithuania, designers Aleksandras Pogrebnojus and Vida Simanaviciute, united under label A&V, will present their newest ladies’ and men’s collection to buyers, importers, agents and the media at the European fashion trade show Weareurope March 17-18.
The exceptional design of A&V clothes is created by the harmony of forms, lines, colours and moods. The silhouettes of the garments do not submit to the temptations of one-day trends, the short-lived impression is sacrificed for the sake of long-term aesthetic solutions that stand the test of time.
In this collection, A&V focusses on two themes – sports and elegance. Their sportswear is a blend of original shape and elegant style. New silhouettes were created by using different textures of various fabric. Color tones, optical and geometric details provide an original finish to the contrast-based collection. The sport's theme of the collection was developed in collaboration with the major Lithuanian sport apparel company Audimas.
Weareurope provides with a unique chance to meet personally with not less than 38 fashion houses from 17 different European countries, all under one roof. This will be the fourth time for A&V to participate at “EU Gateway to Japan” Fashion Design Program, supported by EU.
