Lithuania – among the best summer holidays’ destinations (The Sunday Times)

The Sunday Times (UK) placed Lithuania as No.9 among the TOP100 summer holidays’ destinations around the world. The Curonian Spit with its 50-km-long natural sand bar on the Baltic coast, summer temperatures in the mid20s, sea on one side, a freshwater lagoon on the other, great cycling possibilities and impressive dunes attracts more and more travelers each summer.

The Curonian Spit (Kuršių Nerija) is a brilliant creation of people and nature that was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000.
