Invitation to the 21st International Trade Fair of Textile, Fashion and Innovations BALTIC TEXTILE+LEATHER on October 25-27, 2012

We are glad to inform you that the 21st International Trade Fair of Textile, Fashion and Innovations BALTIC TEXTILE +LEATHER will be held on October 25-27, 2012 in the Lithuanian Exhibition Centre LITEXPO in Vilnius, Lithuania.
BALTIC TEXTILE + LEATHER is gateway to neighboring EU markets (Baltic States, Germany, UK , Poland and Scandinavian countries) with 340 million population as well as to CIS markets ( Belarus, Ukraine, Russian Federation ( Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad) with 140 million population.Last trade show was visited by 8.200 professional visitors from 21 world countries. Participants from more than 210 companies from around 21 world countries were participating in the fair.
We propose to find the following:
Fashion companies:• distribution channels in the local market;
• possible subcontractors in this region.
We will invite agents from the entire region.
Textile material producers/suppliers: • B2B clients.
At the moment Lithuanian apparel manufacturers and also companies from other countries of the region are extremely interested to find suppliers of raw materials, sewing trims, accessories, technical textiles and etc.
Textile and sewing machinery and innovations providers as well as footwear manufacturers are also very much welcome to this region.
Cost for participation:
1sq.m. of raw space: 115.00 EUR *
1sq.m. of equipped area: raw space + 25.00 EUR *
The equipped area includes: exhibiting floor space covered with grey carpet; 2.5 m white stand’s wall (OCTANORM system); 1 lamp (100W) / 3 sq. m.; 1 table & 3 chairs / 9sq.m; waste basket, cleaning; Company’s name (till 10 letters).
Registration fee: 150.00 EUR *
* Participants from EU countries are excluded from VAT ( Value Added Tax). Participants from countries outside the EU should pay 21 percent VAT in addition to all participation prices. In order to reimburse VAT expenses they should contact their local tax authorities.
