"Europa House Open Day" Has Passed with Success

On 19 May, for the first time, the new premises of the EU Delegation were opened to the general public during the "Europa House Open Day". On the day, EU diplomats and local staff were present to receive visitors and explain about the EU and its member countries, the background of the relationship between the European Union and Japan. Also, throughout the Open Day, cultural performances by artists from several EU member states and a small market of European goods took place.The "Europa House Open Day“ attracted around 1000 visitors. Lithuania and Lithuanian herbal tea, which was offered for tasting, received quite a big attention and favorable reviews from the participants of the event.
