CONSULAR MISSION VISIT TO MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA ON MAY 1-4, 2015
Consular Mission, that is, a visit by a delegation from the Lithuanian Embassy in Japan to Melbourne, Australia, will be held on May 1 - 4, 2015.
During the Consular Mission, consular services will be available for Lithuanians living in Australia. The consular services which will be provided are:
- acceptance of applications for the issue of passports of the Republic of Lithuania (first-time issue as well as renewals). Consular fee – 100 euros* (adults), 50 euros (minors and pensioners)
- acceptance of applications for citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania. Consular fee – 50 euros*
- acceptance of applications for registration in Lithuania of events affecting civil status (e.g., marriage of LR citizens overseas, birth of children, etc). Consular fee – 20 euros*
- acceptance of declarations of change of residence of Lithuanian citizens living abroad for longer than 6 months. Consular fee- nil.
The required consular fee will be accepted only in Australian dollars. Prior to the Mission, the prevailing exchange rate will be applied to the fee in euros. The fee will be accepted only in AUD cash (no credit cards, no cheques). We kindly ask that all applicants have the exact change available, please.

The representative of the Lithuanian Embassy while in Australia will conduct the Consular Mission at Melbourne Lithuanian Club - 44 Errol Street, North Melbourne.
Friday, 1 May, 2015 – from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm (break from 13:00 until 14:00),
Saturday, 2 May, 2015– from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm (break from 13:00 until 14:00),
Sunday, 3 May, 2015– from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm (break from 13:00 until 14:00),
Monday, 4 May, 2015– from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm (break from 13:00 until 14:00)
