Consular mission visit to Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane (Australia) on 15-30 May 2019
Lithuanian Embassy in Japan is organising a consular mission to Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane (Australia) on 15 – 30 May 2019.
Lithuanian citizens are welcome to submit applications for Lithuanian passport, ID card issuance or renewal, forms for registering birth and marriage concluded abroad, declarations of the place of residence, documents for issuance of repatriation certificates, consular certificates as well as consular registration applications. Persons of Lithuanian descent will be able to submit applications for the reinstatement of citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania.
Consular mission in Australia will be held at:
Melbourne Lithuanian Club, 44 Errol Street, North Melbourne, VIC 3051 (Map) on 15-17, 23-24, 28-30 May.
Adelaide Lithuanian House, 6 Eastry Street, Norwood SA 5067 (Map) on 21 May.
Brisbane Lithuanian Club, 49 Gladstone Road Highgate Hill, 4101 (Map) on 21 May.
