Consular mission visit to Australia (registration is closed)
Lithuanian Embassy in Japan is organising a consular mission to Sydney (Australia) on 8-11 November 2019. Persons interested in receiving consular services must make an appointment in advance by no later than 17:00 on Monday, 28 October 2019. Embassy‘s consular officer will accept applications for Lithuanian passport, ID card renewal and issuance, forms for registering birth and marriage concluded abroad, declarations of the place of residence, documents for issuance of repatriation certificates, consular certificates as well as consular registration applications. Persons of Lithuanian descent will be able to submit applications for the reinstatement of citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania.
The consular mission will take place on 8-11 November 2019 at Sydney Lithuanian Club “Dainava”, 16-20 Meredith Street, Bankstown, NSW (Map)
Payment arrangements will be provided before the consular mission.
