A photography exhibition dedicated to celebrating the 700th anniversary of Vilnius, in the Nagoya city archive
On November 15, Ambassador of Lithuania Aurelijs Zykas and Culture Attaché Gabija Čepulionytė opened a photography exhibition in the Nagoya city archive to commemorate the 700th anniversary of Vilnius.
The exhibition exhibits photographs of the pioneers of artistic photography from the middle of the 19th century to the middle of the 20th century from the collection of the Lithuanian National Museum.
The exhibition was visited by Gifu Prefecture Governor Hajime Furuta, Nagoya City Mayor Takashi Kawamura, Nagoya City Council members, Lithuanian Honorary Consul Yukio Murase, Nagoya City Archives and Museum Director Seiji Suzuki, as well as Nagoya City Museum Director Kobayashi and other dignitaries.
