On 1 December, Lithuania's Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabrielius Landsbergis attended the Ministerial Council of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Łódź, Poland. The OSCE Foreign Ministers have met for the first time since Russia began its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

On 1 December, a representative of the Russian Embassy to Lithuania was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was handed a note declaring an employee of Russia's Embassy persona non grata (PNG) in Lithuania for activities incompatible with his diplomatic status. He is ordered to leave the country within five days.

On 28 November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis, together with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Norway and Sweden, met with Ukraine's President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, and Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna.

On November 25, Lithuanian foreign minister Landsbergis and Norwegian foreign minister Huitfeldt visited Bardufoss, where they met with representatives of the Norwegian Armed Forces and visited Norwegian troops to be deployed to NATO's enhanced Forward Presence Battalion Battle Group in Lithuania.

On 22-24 November, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Jovita Neliupšienė is visiting Ukraine. In Kyiv, together with a delegation of women from European countries - Austria, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Romania and Germany - met with Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska and talked about the upcoming plans to survive the winter and the further, inevitably European, future of Ukraine.

On 24-25 November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis will be visiting Norway, where he will meet with the Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt. The meeting will focus on cooperation between Lithuania and Norway in the areas of security and defence, the region's security situation and assistance to Ukraine in its fight against Russia's aggression. Among other important items on the international agenda, the interlocutors will discuss comprehensive support for Ukraine, setting up a Special Tribunal to prosecute the crime of aggression.

On 23 November, Lithuania marked the 20th anniversary of the US security promise to Lithuania. At the commemorative event in the Vilnius Town Hall, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabrielius Landsbergis noted that the US security promise to Lithuania and NATO's Open Doors policy had inspired and strengthened Lithuania.

On 22 November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with the Swedish Minister for Foreign Affairs Tobias Billström, who is visiting Vilnius. Landsbergis highlighted that Lithuania and Sweden were like-minded on many issues, while cooperation with Lithuania's close neighbor and partner - Sweden - and other Nordic and Baltic countries was one of our top priorities.

On November 11, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with Germany's Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock. The Foreign Ministers discussed the intensifying economic relationship between Lithuania and Germany and the security situation in the region. Minister Landsbergis also presented Lithuania's readiness to host the German Brigade.
