Payments for consular and post services are accepted by:

IMPORTANT! Please indicate applicant‘s name, surname and consular service on the bank transfer, e.g. First name, surname, passport renewal application. Applicant should bear any bank transfer fees which may be levied.

If you choose to have your document (e.g. passport, ID card, consular certificate) sent to you within Japan, please submit self-addressed Japan Post Letter Pack.

If you choose to have your document sent to you outside Japan, please pay postage in addition to the consular fee.

*Visa application processing fee is non-refundable once the application has been processed even if the visa has been refused.

** If a citizen under 18 years old or who have attained retirement age under Lithuanian laws applies for the issue of passport and ID card, a reduced consular fee of 50 euros applies for one document only.
